WE CAME TO BIRMINGHAM — AND WE LOVED IT!
Last Sunday we packed up the car, headed down to Birmingham, and made our very first appearance at the NABBA Midlands — and what a debut it was!
The booth was buzzing all day. Racks packed with pro shorts in every colour, friendly faces stopping by, and the kind of atmosphere that only a room full of seriously dedicated iron addicts can create.
A huge thank you to Pete Lawson for organising such a fantastic event — it ran beautifully and the whole vibe was spot on from start to finish.
The highlight on stage? Lou getting up there to present at the Men's Physique Open trophies — with the Iron Eagle Pro Shorts logo blazing large on the big screen behind us. We won't pretend that didn't feel pretty incredible for a first show outing!
And as if the day couldn't get any better — none other than Martyn Ford showed up. Standing next to him made us feel like we'd wandered into a Marvel movie. Absolute gentleman though — a brilliant moment!
We met so many wonderful people, reconnected with familiar faces, and came home absolutely buzzing. If you were there and stopped by to say hello — thank you. You made the day.

🏆 Paul Sparrowhawk & James Moore 🏆
First up, a massive congratulations to James Moore who didn't just win on the day — he won everything. Taking the overall title AND his PCA Pro Card in one shot? That's the stuff dreams are made of. Go and own that pro stage!
And then there's Paul Sparrowhawk — and honestly, this one hit differently.
In 2021, Paul suffered a stroke. Most people would have quietly let the dream go. Paul didn't. He came to the NABBA Midlands, stepped on stage for the very first time in his life and showed every single person in that room what mind over matter actually looks like when you mean it.
He came. He saw. He conquered.
Paul, we don't have words big enough — but we hope you know that what you did on Sunday was so much more than a competition. It was a statement. It was a victory. It was inspiration in iron.
