Taking the win in mens Physique over 50s wearing the striking “Low rise Aurelius” and then onto win the Open mens physique turning heads in our “Low rise Rollerball”

Fantastic showing from Shiraz he looked amazing.

For June we've got two brand new low-rise Pro Shorts dropping — and they are stage-ready gorgeous.

WE CAME TO BIRMINGHAM — AND WE LOVED IT!

Last Sunday we packed up the car, headed down to Birmingham, and made our very first appearance at the NABBA Midlands — and what a debut it was!

The booth was buzzing all day. Racks packed with pro shorts in every colour, friendly faces stopping by, and the kind of atmosphere that only a room full of seriously dedicated iron addicts can create.

A huge thank you to Pete Lawson for organising such a fantastic event — it ran beautifully and the whole vibe was spot on from start to finish.

The highlight on stage? Lou getting up there to present at the Men's Physique Open trophies — with the Iron Eagle Pro Shorts logo blazing large on the big screen behind us. We won't pretend that didn't feel pretty incredible for a first show outing!

And as if the day couldn't get any better — none other than Martyn Ford showed up. Standing next to him made us feel like we'd wandered into a Marvel movie. Absolute gentleman though — a brilliant moment!

We met so many wonderful people, reconnected with familiar faces, and came home absolutely buzzing. If you were there and stopped by to say hello — thank you. You made the day.

NABBA Midlands, you've been brilliant. We'll definitely be back..

🏆 Paul Sparrowhawk & James Moore 🏆

First up, a massive congratulations to James Moore who didn't just win on the day — he won everything. Taking the overall title AND his PCA Pro Card in one shot? That's the stuff dreams are made of. Go and own that pro stage!

And then there's Paul Sparrowhawk — and honestly, this one hit differently.

In 2021, Paul suffered a stroke. Most people would have quietly let the dream go. Paul didn't. He came to the NABBA Midlands, stepped on stage for the very first time in his life and showed every single person in that room what mind over matter actually looks like when you mean it.

He came. He saw. He conquered.

Paul, we don't have words big enough — but we hope you know that what you did on Sunday was so much more than a competition. It was a statement. It was a victory. It was inspiration in iron.

HOWDY, FRIENDS IN IRON!

This month we're introducing two new additions to the Pro Shorts lineup: Sahara and Cosmic Vortex. Sahara needs no introduction by now — these are the shorts Shiraz Mirza wore to win the NABBA Worlds and earn his pro card, so you already know they're stage-tested.

Cosmic Vortex brings something completely different, ready to make its own mark wherever it shows up next.

Sometimes the best stories start with a phone call you weren't expecting. Shiraz Mirza had no plans to compete this year — until our Louise rang to ask if he'd be interested in showcasing our shorts on stage. Two days later, he was up there. No prep, no countdown, just straight into competition.

What happened next is the stuff of comeback legend. He won the BPA show. Then took the title at NABBA Midlands, wearing Blue Voltage. That result qualified him for the NABBA British, where he stepped out in Morpheus and won that too. Off the back of that, he qualified for the NABBA Worlds — and in Sahara, he closed out as World Champion, earning his pro card in the process.

And he's not done yet. Shiraz heads to the NABBA Universe in November to keep the streak alive. Four shows, all wins, one pro card — and counting.

He didn't just showcase our shorts — he proved exactly what they're built for!

A huge congratulations to Alistair Welsby on an incredible 4th place finish at the NABBA Worlds.

Stepping onto one of the biggest stages in bodybuilding is an achievement in itself, and you looked absolutely phenomenal doing it wearing the "COLT" Design. We're proud to have you representing Iron Eagle Pro Shorts on the world stage.
The hard work, dedication and commitment have truly paid off. Enjoy the moment—you've earned it, and we can't wait to see what's next! 💪🦅

IFBB Pro Ahmed Saleh Brings the Heat to the Tampa Pro!

IFBB Pro Ahmed Saleh took to the Tampa Pro stage today, and he did it in style. He stepped out in 'Bumblebee' for pre-judging, then switched things up for the finals in 'Henley'.

That pink Henley was a clear crowd favourite — the reaction said it all!

Huge respect to Ahmed for representing on one of bodybuilding's biggest stages, and a big thank you to him for showcasing our shorts in front of that crowd.
