EU Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Applicable to orders delivered within the European Union
Your Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by initiating a return through your account on our store, or by contacting us directly at info@proshorts.uk
Returning Your Order
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear
- In their original packaging
- With all tags still attached
Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, are missing tags, or are not in their original packaging will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original purchase price — including standard delivery costs — to your original payment method within 14 days. We will process your refund once the returned goods have been received.
Note: if you selected a non-standard delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery.
We will reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
