We ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain destinations. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Iron Eagle Pro Shorts ordered before 12 noon UK time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, dispatch the same working day. Shorts ordered at or after 12 noon dispatch the next working day. Classic trunks and briefs dispatch the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays dispatch the next working day. These dispatch times apply to both UK and international orders.

Processing times may increase during high-volume periods, new releases, or holidays. Shipping speed and processing time are separate — delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.

We ship via Teleship, Royal Mail & DHL (*ALL DUTIES INCLUDED) or UPS wherever DHL is not available for all international orders. Iron Eagle Pro Shorts reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping method for each order where a faster option is available at no additional cost.

We offer the following Royal Mail services for UK orders:

Special Delivery 1PM — Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1PM
Express Tracked 24 — 1–2 working days
Standard Tracked 48 — 3–5 working days

Delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's performance and are not guaranteed except where stated. Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Import Duties & Taxes for the United States have changed again.

From 24 July 2026, all parcels entering the United States are now subject to the full duty stack based on product classification and country of origin — regardless of how they are shipped.

 Previously, parcels sent via Royal Mail and other postal carriers benefited from a flat 10% postal duty rate. This simplified rate has now been removed by the US government and no longer applies. Duties are now calculated using the standard US tariff rate for our product category (14.9%) plus the applicable country-specific tariff (10% UK), giving a combined rate of 24.9% on the declared value of your order. (Approx. $17 per pair of shorts)

 These charges are collected at checkout so you won't face any unexpected fees on delivery.

Import duties are set by the US government and are outside our control.

DHL Express shipping (48–72 hour delivery) is available for customers who prioritise speed, but please be aware that the total cost will be considerably higher due to the applicable tariffs, admin & brokerage fees. ALL DUTIES ARE PAID UP FRONT.

We ship internationally to most destinations worldwide. International orders follow the dispatch times in the Processing Time section above. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Import Duties & Taxes For the European Union

From 1 July 2026, all parcels entering the European Union are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all duties and taxes are collected at checkout and no additional charges will be due on delivery. As part of the EU's removal of the €150 customs duty exemption, a flat-rate customs duty of €3 per product category now applies to all imports from outside the EU, regardless of order value. This is in addition to the applicable VAT for your country, which is also collected at checkout. These charges are set by the European Union and are outside our control.

All International Orders: We try to ship DDP (with all duties included) as much as possible. For some destinations it's not available and we do not cover nor collect duties, tariffs, brokerage fees. The customer is solely responsible for all such charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or the email address used at checkout.

We offer optional Worry Free Delivery protection at checkout. This covers your order against delay, loss, and theft.

If something goes wrong, you can file a claim directly from your tracking page. Claims are resolved within 48 hours.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@proshorts.uk within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We cannot guarantee a resolution for claims raised after this period.

Where proof of delivery has been provided by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for any incorrect addresses provided at checkout and any resulting reshipping costs.

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping delays are outside of our control. We are unable to refund shipping costs for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control if Worry Free Delivery was not included on your order..
